Albariño

From Dutchman vineyard, a new 6 acre planting of Albariño in the cooler area of the Yakima Valley north of Prosser.

Winemaking comprised of straight forward stainless steel fermentation and aging with moderate lees contact for four months. No malolactic fermentation was allowed.  The wine was lightly cold stabilized, fined and filtered before being bottled in April 2016.

The wine shows notes of citrus and tropical fruit followed by luscious, crisp and refreshing flavors. Drink anytime the sun shines.
